Operation Lotus is a part of our mission to improve the health and well-being of the community by making recreational spaces more accessible, safe, and sustainable. We create new parks, advocate for public investment in recreational spaces, and support the maintenance of existing parks to ensure they remain open, inclusive, and secure for all.

With the help of sponsors such as Vans, The Peloton Bicycle Shop, Navigant Credit Union, Civil Skate Shop,  and many more, we've been able to provide our communities with over $67,000 worth of free skateboards, hardware, bicycles, safety gear, shoes, and clothing. 

Operation Green Thumb is our dedication to fight food insecurity by feeding those in need, creating and supporting community gardens, and empowering individuals through agricultural education. We believe access to fresh, healthy food is a right—not a privilege—and we work to equip communities with the knowledge and tools to grow their own food sustainably.

To date, we have passed out over 8,000 meals during our time in New England. Join us as we fight for access to free food for all.

For the past three years we have prepared and distributed food to the community every Saturday 10am-1pm (except for the first Saturday of each month) In front of Motor Inn, 333 Clinton St. Woonsocket, RI.

Operation Bookworm is a community-driven initiative dedicated to promoting literacy and a lifelong love of reading. As a project of our nonprofit organization, it provides free books, reading programs, and incentives to read for underserved communities through book drives, book clubs, and literacy workshops, Operation Bookworm helps children and adults build essential reading skills, opening doors to opportunity, imagination, and empowerment.

This operation is a seasonal outreach initiative focused on providing warmth, dignity, and comfort to individuals facing homelessness during the coldest months of the year. Through community donations and partnerships, we collect and distribute winter coats, gloves, hats, and other cold-weather essentials to those in need. Every item shared is a step toward safety, compassion, and care for our most vulnerable neighbors.

So far, with the help of sponsors and the community we have been able to pass out over 3,000 articles of clothing to those in need. 

This initiative is focused on breaking down barriers to education by providing cultural immersion experiences, on-demand, online access to high-quality learning resources, courses, and workshops. Covering a wide range of topics, this initiative empowers individuals to learn at their own pace, anytime, anywhere—promoting lifelong learning, skill-building, and equitable access to knowledge for all.

We are committed to creating pathways to safe, affordable housing for individuals and families in need. We work to increase access to attainable homes through community partnerships, advocacy, and development, while also providing education and access to resources such as (NACA.com)  to guide people through the housing process—from application to ownership or tenancy. Our goal is to empower communities with both the homes and knowledge they need to thrive.

The purpose of this operation is to promote creativity, self-expression, and belonging by providing an inclusive, supportive space where our community can explore and develop their talents in art, music, and dance. By making these spaces more accessible, we empower our communities to build confidence, connect with others, and find their voice.
